Are there any hidden charges?
No – there is a simple £105 setup fee and then £10 to pay per month. We do offer premium services at £30 and £50 per month and we can do extra work for you if required at any time. See prices for more information.

Does the cost include the domain name and web hosting?
YES – everything is included unless you specifically request extra pages, a facebook page setup, extra SEO etc

Can I use a domain name I already have registered?
Yes – no problem. Either you can transfer it for us to manage for you, or you can enter your control panel with your domain registrar and change the nameservers.

Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. We will send you  a username and password together with instructions to help you edit the content of your pages. To ensure that you don’t make any unintentional changes that affect the sites functionality, there will be some design aspects that cannot be edited yourself. Note this means you will not be able to alter the layout and any changes you do make may have a negative affect on your search rankings.

Will my site get on google page 1?
No one can guarantee what your search rankings will be, any more than a football manager can guarantee that his team will win the league! However we will ensure that your site has everything it needs in terms of good use of keywords, appropriate meta tags etc as well as some external links to ensure that your site gets indexed by Google. If you want to rank well for search terms of medium to high difficulty for instance if you are in a very large town or city, you may need extra SEO services which we can provide.

Can you use my logo?
This will depend on a number of factors including which design you choose. We can advise you further if you enquire direct.

Can you use different colours or change the layout?
This will usually depend on the particular design. The designs we use may have limitations in terms of what goes where on the page etc. Please let us know your requirements before we start work on your site and we will let you know if it’s possible.

How soon will my site go live?
Usually your site will be live within 3 working days of receiving your full instructions and first monthly payment.

How do I pay?
We ask you to set up your standing order and pay the first monthly payment before we register the domain name and set up the hosting. The setup fee is then payable within 3 days of the site being completed.

How long is my contract for?
Because of our very low setup fee, we set a minimum contract period of a year.

How do I cancel?
After the first year you can cancel at any time. Quite simply contact us to let us know and cancel your standing order instructions.
